The card is valid from January 1 through December 31, 2010. Some courses have play restrictions and require tee times and cart rental. Cardholders must identify themselves as "Golf Privilege Card" members and must wear proper golf attire and observe golf etiquette while playing.
Because the card is such a great value and worth many times the purchase price, it cannot be used for a tax deduction. Still, it is a great deal and every penny goes toward the Lung Association's programs and services to help West Virginians fight lung disease across the state.
