Methods of Payment Accepted Online:
1. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club
2. Checks: You can register online and select "Check" as the payment method. HOWEVER, we
do not actually process the check electronically.
You DO NOT have to enter the bank name, check number, and check date when registering. This information is OPTIONAL. You will receive an email stating that the registration fee is "due by check". After registering online, YOU MUST MAIL THE CHECK to the American Lung Association at the address listed below. Please include a copy of your registration receipt along with the check.
